A Stony Resolve

The Hachidai Rikison, or "Eight Stout Pillars," are stone foundations that once served as key architectural supports at Rengekoin Temple. Although the temple no longer exists, the foundations survive to this day, and are revered at Hachidai Rikison Shrine as auspicious gods of inner strength.
