The workshop beneath Kyoto
Dokyo works in a laboratory hidden beneath Kyoto. Capcom describes it as a workshop where she creates new Genma bodies and abilities for the invasion above.
Greater Nue is one confirmed product of that work. Its speed, animal movement, and control of lightning come from Dokyo's experiments.
