The Raid on Mount Oe: The Sacred Helm

As Yorimitsu's band of warriors made their way to confront Shuten Doji, the monster terrorizing Kyoto, they encountered three old men. These men were avatars of the gods, and in addition to a jug of sacred sake, they bestowed upon the warriors a helm imbued with their divine protection. With these rare treasures safely stowed, the men headed to the slopes of Mount Oe to face their destiny.
